German-Speaking Technical Support Agent in Porto, Portugal

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will support German-speaking customers and help them with general and technical inquiries. You will be part of an international team while developing your customer service and technical skills.

Providing German-language customer support via phone, chat, and email

Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant information

Troubleshooting technical issues and finding suitable solutions

Assisting with pre-sales and general customer inquiries

Handling escalations professionally and documenting cases accurately

Collaborating with other teams and technicians to resolve customer issues

Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Native-level German (C2) and fluent English

High school diploma

Customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Patient and customer-oriented approach

Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in an international team

EU passport or valid residence/work permit required

Work on-site in Porto, Portugal

Around €1,500 gross per month + additional bonuses and meal allowance
