We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-scaling tech team in Gothenburg, Sweden!

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new market from scratch, working across the full sales cycle while contributing to the growth of a high-potential team. You will play a key part in the company's expansion into the German-speaking market, collaborating directly with leadership and gaining ownership from day one.

Focused on seamless user experience and operational simplicity, they provide ambitious entrepreneurs with the tools to manage shipping without stress.

What will you do?
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers in the German-speaking market
  • Book, lead, and run engaging product demos and sales calls
  • Convert leads into active customers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Build lasting customer relationships and provide high-touch support
  • Own and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and shape team growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and in direct customer interactions
REQUIREMENTS
  • Energetic, driven, and passionate about connecting with people
  • Structured and proactive with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Resilient and motivated by turning objections into opportunities
  • Prior sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Comfortable working independently and contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Native-level German and fluent English communication skills
  • Based in Gothenburg or willing to relocate
  • Bonus: Background in logistics or SaaS/Tech, or experience in startups
