REQUIREMENTS
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product recommendations, and upsell when needed
- Work from a modern office in the heart of Prague with a dynamic, international team
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
- Valid EU passport or work permit for the Czech Republic
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Motivation to build a long-term career in customer service
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required

- Competitive Salary: 43,000 CZK/month (approx. €1,700) + up to 7,000 CZK/month in bonuses (€280)
- Relocation Support – choose the option that suits you best:
1. €1,000 relocation bonus (paid in 3 installments)
2. 1 month of shared accommodation + travel costs refunded after 5 months
3. €500 relocation bonus + 2 weeks of accommodation
