About the Role:
Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company to hire German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hospitality industry project. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer service while working in a supportive and international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to reservations and post-sales support (via phone and email)
- Enter and update customer data in the system
- Resolve issues while providing empathetic and professional responses
- Collaborate with your team and follow internal procedures
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
What We Offer:
- Employment contract: 6-month trial period, then permanent
- Flexible schedule: 20h / 30h / 40h per week
- Salary system: fixed base salary + performance bonus (up to 5% monthly) + retention bonus (up to 1500 PLN every 6 months) + Christmas bonus + annual 13th salary + overtime pay

REQUIREMENTS
- German C1 and English B2+
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Good organization, stress resilience
- Willingness to work in shifts, including up to 2 weekends per month
- Permanent residence in Gdańsk or nearby (mandatory)
