Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:


  • Deliver exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Identify and resolve user issues effectively.
  • Guide customers on how to maximize their use of platform features.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to solve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on new platform features and improvements to provide accurate support.
  • Collect user feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancements.


What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should:


  • Be fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Have prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Show strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with website building tools or content management systems is a plus.
  • Hold a valid EU passport (mandatory).
