Location: Athens, Greece (hybrid)

Role: German speaking BPO Recruiter

Salary:  EUR 1400 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus EUR 100 gross on meal vouchers plus monthly performance bonusses

Hours: 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday

The Role

We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Recruiter to join our client's international recruitment team and help them connect talented candidates with exciting opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for headhunting, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Recruiter, you will work in a very fast paced environment where you play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent while acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Utilizing candidate databases to match the right talent with client vacancies.
  • Managing a pipeline of candidates and aligning profiles with client/project needs.
  • Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salaries, and benefits.
  • Providing feedback to candidates on their interview results.
  • Conducting reference checks and assessing suitability before submitting profiles.
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Keeping candidate databases up to date and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.




REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Fluency in German is a must
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous recruitment experience in a BPO or other fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem organisational skills
