DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets by promoting, selling, and renewing products or services
Identify and act on upsell opportunities to maximize customer value
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients within your assigned market
Support customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
2–3 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
