You will be responsible for expanding the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, owning the full sales cycle and becoming a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses looking to scale their revenue.
You will work with a high-performing international sales team focused on building the #1 hospitality SaaS platform in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → closing
- Drive new business via outbound outreach, pipeline development, trade fairs, and CRM discipline
- Run online and in-person meetings with decision-makers
- Present value-driven solutions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Native German (C2) and strong English (B2+)
- 1–3 years experience in SaaS / software / services sales
- Proven performance in target-driven environments
- CRM experience and structured sales methodology
