DESCRIPTION
Join a fast-growing FinTech scale-up as a German-speaking Account Executive. You will own the entire sales cycle for our corporate expense management solution, from lead generation through closing deals. Your mission is to build a robust pipeline of German-speaking prospects, design and execute outreach strategies, and guide potential customers through discovery calls and product demos. You will tailor solutions to client needs, handle objections, negotiate agreements, and lead contract finalisation. As the face of our brand in the DACH market, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers. This role requires strong relationship building, commercial acumen and the ability to manage your opportunities in the CRM while staying up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level German and excellent English
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS or FinTech
- Proven success in generating leads, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to design effective outreach strategies
- Well-organized with outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
- Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar sales frameworks is an advantage
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activities
