REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or client-facing support
- Confident in video or cold calling communication and professional interaction with clients
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment
- Comfortable learning new tools and workflows
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
Language:
- Native-level fluency in German (C2)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Technical Requirements:
- Stable broadband internet (LAN required)
- Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
- Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
Experience & Background:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center roles
- Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills for client-facing calls
- Experience in closing deals (not just lead generation or surveys)
- Any technical or industrial field experience is valued
