German Customer Service - Porto or Braga, Portugal

To give customers a consistente path to a great experience, you will:

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicate with customers by video call to validate important documents;
• Know the product/service well;
• Process customer requests and complains;
• Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Our client is a great match if you:

• Have an advanced level of German;
• Have call center experience;
• Are living in or willing to relocate to Porto or Braga, Portugal.
• Have flexibility in terms of shifts;
• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
