We are hiring German Customer Service for an exciting project based in Lisbon.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality telephone support to customers in German (English is a strong plus);
- Assist current and potential clients with information about our products and services;
- Handle customer requests in our systems: tariff adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German (minimum level C1);
- English proficiency is a strong asset;
- Genuine interest in telecommunications products and services;
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical systems and devices;
- Availability for flexible shifts (Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 21:00);
- Availability to work in person in Lisbon - Roma Areeiro;
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented profile.
