Location:  Athens, Greece

Role: French speaking Travel Advisor 

Working Hrs:  40 hrs per week rotational -  Low Season: Monday to Sunday – between 10:00 and 22:00, High Season (June to August): Monday to Sunday – between 07:00 and 01:00. Late shifts (until 01:00) are conducted remotely (work from home). Rotating shift patterns apply – flexibility is essential.

Salary: 1050 gross p/m plus 10% bonus potential

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting  French speaking Travel Advisors for their Athens office.

The role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the travel industry. In this role, you will support members of an exclusive travel platform, offering luxury trips at exclusive rates. Your primary mission will be to assist customers at various stages of their journey — ensuring satisfaction, building trust, and helping to create seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to provide effective, tailored assistance.
  • Build sustainable relationships through open, professional, and proactive communication.
  • Deliver accurate, complete information using internal tools and support systems.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs related to service quality and case resolution.
  • Maintain clear records of interactions and follow internal processes for customer account management.
  • Follow communication guidelines and policies to ensure high service standards.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Fluent French
  • Good command of English
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
