Your responsibilities and impact as team leader will be:
Taking ownership of a team of Concierge Advisors, you will guide, support, and develop their performance on a daily basis. Your mission is to ensure excellence at every touchpoint while maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding service
- Monitoring performance indicators such as service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and luxury service standards
- Managing and following up on complex or sensitive client requests
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members
- Overseeing scheduling, attendance, and overall team organization
- Acting as a key point of contact for operational topics and internal communication
- Handling escalations and contributing to effective problem resolution
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, processes, and workflows
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A first experience in team management or coordination, ideally within concierge services, hospitality, travel, or premium customer care
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
- A natural ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Fluency in French and a good command of English
- Confidence using MS Office tools
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and team-driven attitude
