Your Role:
- Analyze and investigate suspicious activities to detect potential fraud.
- Assist customers by addressing fraud-related concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve fraud-prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
What You Need:
- Native French and a minimum B2 level of English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excitement for multicultural communication and living abroad.
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU nationality.
