Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Role: French speaking Technical Support Specialist
Salary: 1,227 Euro Net p/m
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday – Friday from 08:00 till 23:00 BG time
Relocation package: flight to Varna, plus couple of days hotel stay plus dedicated support with finding a place to live in Varna

Imagine this - your office only 10 minutes drive from the beach! We are very excited to recruit for a new FRENCH speaking Technical Support Specialist in Varna, Bulgaria. Located on the Black Sea Coast, this city has lots to offer from beautiful beaches to fantastic restaurants and clubs.
The Role
As a Technical Support Specialist you will support a leader in the Belgian banking and Insurance markets. You will receive mostly incoming calls but also emails from end-users / network users and you are responsible to troubleshoot any technical issues in relation to hardware and software within set timelines. Answering and registering client questions and giving information, advice or instructions will be all part of your daily tasks. First time resolution is important in this job!

- To provide technical support to end-users / network users and troubleshooting
- To handle, solve or escalate calls within time guidelines
- Answering and registering client question and giving information, advice or instructions
- To troubleshoot non-complex hardware and/or software problems
- To assist in selection and evaluation of hardware and software
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communication skills in French both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
- Experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment.

The company will book your flight to Varna (from anywhere in Europe), pick you up from the airport, and will also have a hotel arranged and paid for you for the first few days. A local estate agent will pick you up from the hotel and will show you various apartments and you will have your own place within a few days!
