We are currently looking for a skilled French-speaking Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Porto in a hybrid setting. 

Responsibilities

  • Support our clients existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
  • Show its software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
  • Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer
REQUIREMENTS
  • Being local in Porto or in the process of moving there
  • Previous Customer Support experience or similar
  • Native French and professional English is mandatory
  • University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

  • 25k base salary + up to 20 % performance bonus & 200 € monthly in meal allowances (net)
