As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.

Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Our client is a great match if you:

Have a high level of French and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral

Have an interest in sports and you are a team player with a positive attitude Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools Can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required

Availability to work on rotational shifts


EU passport or valid work permit to Portugal is MANDATORY
