The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover a range of English literature topics and themes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Evaluate and grade students' assignments, exams, and projects to assess their understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their writing, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience.
• Stay updated with current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and literature resources to continuously improve teaching practices.

• Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or related field.
• Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a high school would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of English literature, including classic and contemporary works, literary analysis techniques, and critical theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Certification in teaching or education is a plus.
