Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Remote from anywhere in Portugal

Compensation (choose your option):

  • Option 1: €1,100 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in a shared apartment/house in the Lisbon area, utilities included).
  • Option 2: €1,359 gross/month (without accommodation, allowances included).

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact, making sure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
  • Support external sellers who use the platform.
  • Provide information about digital products.
  • Escalate and reroute complex cases to the right department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native/fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-driven.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and handling different types of queries.
