DESCRIPTION
Role Overview
You’ll work as part of the Customer Service team and provide support across several channels. Your work will involve a mix of direct customer contact and back-office tasks.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer requests by email, chat, contact forms, or phone
- Handling back-office tasks that may require outbound calls
- Making outgoing calls to guide customers, share product updates, gather feedback, or support other company needs
- Keeping customer information up to date in the internal CRM
- Working toward the objectives and deadlines set by your manager
- Being transparent about your daily work and workload
- Sharing feedback to help improve processes
- Escalating issues to the correct teams when needed
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Dutch, is required
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week:
- 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
- Rotational schedule, Monday to Sunday
- Shift window: 07:00 to 17:00

Compensation
• Option 1: €1,100 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in shared housing)
• Option 2: €1,359 gross/month without accommodation
