Your Profile:
  • Fluent Dutch skills ( C2 / Native proficiency)
  • B2 level of English
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Quick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional native-level written and oral communication skills in the supported language
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Organized and capable of learning and understanding new processes, concepts, and skills, recognizing that operations are constantly evolving
  • Keen attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high standard
  • Ability to not only handle customer emotions but also empathize with the customer's situation

REQUIREMENTS
Your Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
Performing troubleshooting to find solutions
Documenting each action taken
Categorizing cases and potential errors
Assisting customers in using paid products
Escalating complex issues according to established procedures
