What will you do?
Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they have expressed interest in a product
Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations related to pricing and product preferences
Collect key insights from customer interactions and summarize them clearly to support retailer sales teams
Maintain continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
Ensure that all interactions align with quality standards and the premium positioning of the brand

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English
Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in business, communications, or automotive studies
Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
Clear and confident communication skills, especially when interacting with executive-level or high-end clients
Strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
Structured, professional, and discreet when handling sensitive topics such as pricing or commercial offers
Comfortable following a detailed scripted call approach and providing written reports after interactions
OFFER
Employer offers:
Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week)
Rotative schedule from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 20:00
Performance-based bonus upto 3000 Euros gross yearly
