Dutch Customer Support Agent

Location: Malta - hybrid

Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor

Salary: Gross monthly salary €1,911.05 Euros p/m 

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between Monday – Sunday 7:00-00:00PM

We have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for Dutch speakers to join a fantastic international team of Customer Advisors. This is a hybrid role where some days can be worked from home.

The role

Our client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world. As a Customer Advisor you will be supporting users with queries via email and chat. You will be also moderating ads and user-profiles with high accuracy. You will make sure that items are placed in the right category, are free from scams, doesn't include any illegal items, and much more. This is a very busy role in a fast paced environment, which suits someone that wants to make a positive impact on the digital world.

The Successful Customer Advisor has:

• Fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of English
• Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally interested in marketplaces, shared economy and new technology
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus

Salary, Benefits and Relocation Package

Gross monthly salary around 1,911.05 Euros p/m. Excellent benefits which includes career opportunities with a defined ladder for progression, a private health insurance, comprehensive paid training, fun company event, possibility to work from home, 27 days holidays p/a. Relocation package include flight reimbursement up to 200 Euro plus 5 days hotel (can be up to 3 weeks) on arrival and support with finding accommodation thereafter.
