REQUIREMENTS
Your Role:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding data consent
- Document interactions and ensure accurate follow-up
- Provide clear, professional communication to support customer understanding
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Danish (C1) and solid English (B2+)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality
- Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
