Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience management to recruit a Czech-speaking Team Lead for exciting project in the Igaming and betting industry. As this brand continues to grow, they are looking for motivated leaders to join their team in Varna, Bulgaria and help deliver outstanding service to their worldwide customers.

REQUIREMENTS
You’re a great fit if you bring:
- Fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and solid English skills (B2)
- A completed Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and smart decisions
- Confident leadership skills and a hands-on approach to solving challenges and boosting team performance
- Strong organizational abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and spoken
- A reliable working knowledge of MS Office tools
