David Kennedy Recruitment has forged a strategic partnership with a reputable and fast-growing brand dedicated to serving European golf enthusiasts by facilitating convenient access to golf clubs. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking passionate individuals to join them as a Customer Service Representative.

 

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Algarve - onsite with some flexibility to work from home

Employment type: Full-time – perm contract.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage reservations, inquiries, and updates to existing bookings
  • Provide clear and timely updates regarding customer orders or services
  • Support daily operational tasks in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Represent the company with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent/Native in English both written and oral.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers, booking systems, and digital tools
  • Flexibility to work from both office and home as needed
  • Prior experience in customer service or reservations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of golf or digital media is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to commute reliably (driving license/car preferred)
  • No VISA sponsorship provided 
  • Must be based in Almancil (Algarve region).
