DESCRIPTION

The Technical Support position is with a prominent American tech company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, licensing, support, and sale of computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and other services.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- Fluency in both written and spoken Czech, with a good command of English (B2 level);

- Eagerness to begin an international career – willing to work abroad;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a collaborative team attitude;

- In-depth knowledge of Office 365 in an enterprise setting, particularly Exchange Online.

The ideal candidate also has:

- Basic understanding of Networking, Protocols, Authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell;

- Experience with Office 365 Directory Synchronization (DirSync) and Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect (AD Connect);

- Familiarity with DNS – Types of records, record creation, DNS management, and troubleshooting DNS issues;

- Experience analyzing network captures;

- Experience with Active Directory – FSMO Roles, Active Directory Domains and Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services.
