Job Description:

As a Technical Support or Customer Support Advisor, you'll join a dynamic team in handling customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Fluency in Czech and a good level of English are essential. You'll be responding to end-users' requests via phone, email, and chat, maintaining strong customer relationships with speed and professionalism. The role includes data entry and software program usage.
