Job description:

Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)

Establishing and maintaining customer relations

Ongoing reporting in the systems

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Czech/Romanian/Slovak/Bulgarian

English – B2

Ability to work from the office in Lublin.

Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).

Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
