DESCRIPTION
Location: onsite in our Cork office, Mahon
Salary: €29,900 gross p/a + performance bonus 
Hours of work: rotating shifts across 8am-10pm (across Mon-Sun). After successful training and onboarding period there is an option to choose 5 days or 4 day rotation (subject to change)

We are currently growing our Cork based team, supporting one of our esteemed clients, a major player in the fintech sector. In this role as a Customer service specialist you will be at the forefront of the business, assisting customers via calls, email, and chats.
REQUIREMENTS
What we NEED you to have:
  • Fluent level of English 
  • Strong technical skills and interest in all things tech
  • Friendly and communicative personality with strong customer focus
  • Self-drive and result-orientated mindset
  • Comfortable working with computers and phones and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
What we would LOVE you to have:
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist 

In this role in the fintech industry everyday will be a different and exciting day. You’ll be the face of one of the world’s top payment processing brands: you will help users investigate, researching and identifying issues. You will be a point of reference and trust for them. Talking on the phone or via email and chat with different people and facing different situations, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your communication and problem solving skills day by day. There will be opportunities for you to engage in projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies and enriching the overall customer experience.
