As our new Customer Support Advisor, you will:
· Communicate with customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social networks
· Help with account registration and verification, login, payments, and technical mysteries
· To be a reliable guide to the world of our platform
· Find fast, friendly and accurate solutions
· Contribute to the improvement of internal processes with your observations and ideas
REQUIREMENTS
???? Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a partner who has a natural feeling for the customer and at the same time:
· Speaks and writes fluent Czech (C2) and can communicate in English (B2)
· He has a positive attitude, is a team player and does not shy away from challenges
· Is familiar with computer applications (MS Office, etc.)
· Can explain complex things in simple terms
· Interested in sports and betting – so you know what we're talking ???? about
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage, not a requirement
· Has completed secondary education with a high school diploma
