DESCRIPTION
We are looking for motivated multilingual professionals to join a project ensuring customer compliance with legal consent requirements. The role combines administrative follow-up and direct customer contact, so strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
As a Front office agent you will be part of an expert team on behalf of the company's client.
- Represent our client's service standards with the goal of long-term customer loyalty.
- Responsible for thorough research, case management and careful process documentation.
- Answer customer inquiries by email and / or telephone.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Dutch or German language skills, as well as a good level of English.
- Passionate about customer service and enjoy contact with people.
- Quick understanding of common information technologies.
