As a key player in shaping the customer experience, you'll handle a wide range of inquiries related to betting, payments, and account queries. Whether through Live Chat, email, or phone, you’ll provide expert guidance and solutions.
This full-time role requires adaptability and motivation, as the schedule aligns with the dynamic sporting calendar, covering any five days of the week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Dutch (written & spoken)
- Strong English communication skills
- Passion for customer service & problem-solving
- Ability to multitask & handle multiple interactions
- Resilience under pressure & a proactive mindset
- Open to feedback & continuous learning
- Computer literate with CRM experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a positive customer experience & resolving queries efficiently
- Liaising with internal teams in English to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Assisting customers via Live Chat, email & phone
- Using internal tools to manage and track inquiries
- Investigating and escalating issues where necessary
- Staying updated on policies, procedures & licensing requirements
- Promoting responsible gambling
