Location: Sete Rios Office , Lisbon

Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week) | Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 23:00

Contract: Unfixed-term contract

Probation Period: 30 Days

What You’ll Do:
  • Moderate and review content (Seller, Product, Live, and Short Video) to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content on the platform.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain standards for online community security.
  • Enhance content management strategies for short video platforms.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient and timely handling of policy-violating content.

What You Need:
  • Fluent in French & English (written & spoken).
  • Passion for content moderation, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content with a professional and ethical approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Gross Monthly Salary: €1,487.39 (including relocation package if applicable)

Breakdown:

Gross Monthly Salary: €870

Role Complement: €50

Language Complement: €50

Retention Bonus: €75

Meal Allowance: €7.17 per worked day (approx. €150.57 for 21 workdays)

Holiday Bonus: €80.83

Christmas Bonus: €80.83

Performance Bonus: €120 (starting from the 1st full month of production, subject to terms & conditions)

Medical & Dental Insurance: Included from Day 1 (€13.05 value)

Annual Leave: 22 business days (as per Portuguese law)

Public Holidays: Compensation provided for working on Portuguese public holidays


Relocation Package (for candidates relocating to Portugal):

Up to €200 travel reimbursement (after 3 months upon providing ticket evidence)

Up to €360/month for accommodation (for the first 3 months, reimbursed monthly)

Accommodation Support: Personalized assistance with temporary & permanent housing

Support varies depending on residence area when applying.
