📞 Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;
🤝 Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;
📧 Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care.
REQUIREMENTS
🔹 What will make you shine in this role?
🌍 Fluency in French and English (or Portuguese);
💼 Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.

French Bonus: 128€
