If you have experience in Administrative or Finance roles, speak native/professional German, and are looking for stability in an international company — we want to meet you!

Our client is a company specialized in insurance management, creation, and consultancy for leading financial and distribution entities in Spain, with over 30 years of experience in the sector.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Administrative management of insurance policies: enrollments, updates, and cancellations.
  • Customer communication: sending welcome packs and managing documentation.
  • Process control and operations follow-up.
  • Management of collections, payments, and accounting reconciliations.
  • Preparation of reports and data analysis.
  • Collaboration with internal teams (Call Center, Operations, Finance).
  • Identification and proposal of process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for in you?
  • Native German speaker with a good level of Spanish or English.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative management in corporate environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
  • Analytical, solution-oriented profile with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of the insurance/financial sector is a plus.
