Our client is a company specialized in insurance management, creation, and consultancy for leading financial and distribution entities in Spain, with over 30 years of experience in the sector.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Administrative management of insurance policies: enrollments, updates, and cancellations.
- Customer communication: sending welcome packs and managing documentation.
- Process control and operations follow-up.
- Management of collections, payments, and accounting reconciliations.
- Preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Collaboration with internal teams (Call Center, Operations, Finance).
- Identification and proposal of process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for in you?
- Native German speaker with a good level of Spanish or English.
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative management in corporate environments.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas).
- Analytical, solution-oriented profile with attention to detail.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of the insurance/financial sector is a plus.
