Nordic Jobs Worldwide is looking for candidates with a fluent or native Swedish language skillset, for a Customer Service job in Greece.
You can choose from different projects: Work remotely at your home in Greece or Work at the office.
You can also choose between different office locations if you choose to work at the office: Athens or beautiful Chania site!

You will be asked to:
- Interact effectively with existing customers via Calls, E mails or Chat in both Swedish and English.
- Handle customers’ complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Be able to solve efficiently all the technical issues.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and adapt to customer needs.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a genuine interest in technology.
