REQUIREMENTS
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
- Understand the partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
- Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs
- Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods
- Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners & support partners to close big deals - when necessary
- Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction
- Monitor execution of the partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, and monitor ROI
- May attend country partner events for meeting key partners

- Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary range between 23,000 - 31,000 euros gross/year in bonus, including medical insurance

A great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and advanced in English
- Have two years of related technical sales experience (preferred)
- Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization
- Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
- Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
It would be a plus if you:
Have experience in working in a Channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors
