What you'll do
- Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures across the organization;
- Assist with occupational health activities, including medical examinations, consultations, and clinic management;
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and company standards;
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, first aid, and fire safety training sessions;
- Investigate occupational accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and promote employee well-being.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Education Degree in a related field;
- CAP VI HST certification;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health & Safety roles (preferred);
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Driving license (Category B);
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
