For one of our clients – a company operating in a wide range of fields. We are on a lookout for team-focused, determined and results-oriented people for the role of Remote Technical Care Assistant with Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first point of contact for both prospective and existing clientele;
• Collaborating with team members and contributing to group targets and goals;
• Handling a wide range of issues (technical and administrative) and offering effective solutions and guidance;
• Striving to meet deadlines and supporting smooth operations;
• Maintaining accurate records of new cases and ensuring the accuracy of existing logs;
• Escalating complex cases as per company protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in one of the main languages and a strong command of English;
• Familiarity with mobile and desktop applications and basic understanding of common wireless connectivity and configuration;
• Team-oriented mindset and determination to achieve targets and show results;
• Proven track record of troubleshooting abilities is advantageous;
• Preferable experience in a contact center setting or customer-facing role.
