-Provide customer support via phone and email

-Troubleshoot and escalate challenging issues
-Provide information about products & services

-Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience

-Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2 level)

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Customer-oriented mindset

-Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

-Team player with a proactive attitude
Important note:  While local candidates with valid Portuguese working documents (NIF, NISS, CRUE) can be granted a remote position, this is not always guaranteed for people that relocate. However during the process we will do our best to make sure you find the right match!
