Tech-Support Representative with German (Remote from BG )

looking for bright, eager and customer-oriented people for the role of Tech-Support

Representative with German (Fully Remote FROM BULGARIA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;

* Explaining in an simple way and ensuring users understand and can follow instructions;

* Showing understanding and consideration for their issues;

* Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;

* Constantly stiving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer

satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Great verbal and written skills in German and English;

* Proactive, friendly and skilled in communicating with various types of people;

* Results-driven and eager to improve and learn;

* Analytical-thinker and a problem-solver;

* Team-oriented and ready to give a helping hand when needed;

* At least 6 months of previous customer or technical support experience is required;

* Solid knowledge of PCs and operating systems.
