Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email & phone
  • Deliver excellent customer service in German and English
  • Guide users with pre- and post-sales product questions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, solution-focused responses
  • Flag trends and common issues to improve overall user experience
What You Need:
  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese Residence Card
