Role Description:


Dealing with customer support


REQUIREMENTS
  • Computer literacy;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Formal and polished language;
  • Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
  • Previous experience in a call center (valued);
  • Native or near native level Swedish (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of English (valued).
