As a Customer Support Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Engaging with customers via phone to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with effective solutions.
  • Generating sales leads and contributing to personal and team sales targets.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
  • Providing accurate, clear, and complete information using the right tools and methods.



REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (native or fluent). Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Italian, German, Norwegian, or Swedish are a plus.
  • Eligibility: Must hold an EU passport or have valid residency/work authorization in Greece.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and engage effectively with customers.
OFFER
  • Base Salary: €1045 + bonus on performance
  • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, rotating between 10 AM and 10 PM
  • Relocation Support: For candidates relocating from outside Greece:
  • Full coverage of travel expenses.
  • One month of accommodation provided by the company to help you settle in.
