
Sales Manager, Mid Market Sales, Google CS (Spanish)
DESCRIPTION
As a Mid-Market Sales manager, you will lead and coach a performing Sales team to help them understand our advertisers needs and deliver solutions that grow their businesses. You will enable your team to exceed ambitious business and product goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), assisting them in managing portfolios of diverse businesses at various stages. Your knowledge of how Google’s solutions can solve various clients' business challenges will be success. You will own the strategy, planning, and execution of team-wide account growth and also contribute to the overall direction of their segment of the Mid-Market Sales team.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Build an knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics or multi-channel experience.
- Understanding of multichannel and consumer good dynamics.
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Ability to maintain record of commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
- Ability to own sales team operations in the Spanish market: portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
