Our successful F&B Hostesses … • manage all tasks of service preparation, including meeting and briefings, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, and operating equipment • access and interpret environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation • fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach • build a competent and motivated team across all departments through effective communications, and confident and caring leadership • work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards. • ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when engaging with guest and seeing to the guest requests • ensure all administrative functions of the guest services areas are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, with strict adherence to the hotel’s standards and procedures • manage reservation systems • greet and seat guests • handle guest complaints

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent degree
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for food and beverages and providing exceptional guest service.
• Full awareness of the food and beverage reservation system-
• Fluently communicating in English, orally,
• Proficiency in Office and Micros, OPERA, POS systems, Cash handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous at least two years of experience similar role within a Four to five-star hotel only is mandatory
