Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative - Office

We are looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading financial services company. In this role, you will assist customers with payment and financing inquiries, provide clear guidance on financial processes, and deliver excellent customer support while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.

 

 

Handle inbound customer calls related to payments, financing, and checkout options.

 

Guide customers through finance agreements and payment processes.

 

Resolve inquiries involving refunds, chargebacks, billing, and account verification.

 

Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

 

Follow compliance procedures, security protocols, and escalation guidelines.

 

Ensure timely resolutions and deliver a professional customer experience.

 

 

Norwegian: C1 level (required).

 

English: C1 level (required).

 

Education: Minimum high school diploma.

 

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

 

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

 

Ability to handle sensitive financial information accurately and confidentially.

 

 

Basic Salary: €950 gross per month.

 

Norwegian Language Bonus: €350 gross per month.

 

Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary after the first three months, based on KPIs.

 

Payment Schedule: Monthly, at the end of each month.

Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00

 

 

Meal Allowance: €5 per working day via UpHellas Card.

 

Health Insurance: Generali health insurance from the date of hire.

 

Learning & Development: Access to a dedicated learning platform.

 

Relocation Support: Assistance with the issuance of required hiring documents.

 

Paid Annual Leave: 1.67 business days per month during the first year, according to the applicable Greek employment rules.

 

Greek Public Holidays: Public holidays observed in accordance with Greek law, with compensation for working on public holidays as legally required.

 

Seasonal Bonuses:

 

Easter bonus equivalent to half a monthly salary.

 

Summer bonus equivalent to half a monthly salary.

 

Christmas bonus equivalent to one monthly salary.

 

Please note: Seasonal bonuses are subject to the employment start date and applicable Greek employment legislation.

 

Transportation covered and amount for Flight, pick-up from airport, bus, train expenses and 4 weeks accommodation provided.
