Logistic Specialist

We are looking for a person who will join our team as a:

Logistic Specialist

Your duties:

●       Maintain daily communication with logistic partners and providers.

●       Develop and manage Excel VBA macros for processing source data into mailing lists, mass data manipulation, and order processing automation.

●       Daily preparation, processing, and compilation of orders into delivery lists.

●       Timely distribution of delivery lists to logistics partners.

●       Daily cooperation with logistics fulfillment providers, including resolving issues and discrepancies, and providing assistance on dispatched parcels.

●       Monitoring stock levels of goods.

●       Updating customer systems with data, including tracking numbers and order statuses.

 Our requirements:

●       Advanced MS Excel

●       Native Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian +advanced English

●       Min. 1 year of experience in customer service with B2B clients- experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Warehousing will be considered as an asset

●       Ability to work under time pressure

●       Accuracy and attention to detail

●       Possibility to join the 1 week training arranged onsite by the company in one of European countries
